Ordered 4 wraps on the website and it stated they are "served with chips, salad and wrap". The wraps arrived but no chips. I called the restaurant to be told "the wraps don't come with chips anymore" by a rude lady. After explaining, it states on the website they do, otherwise I'd have added them to the order, I was passed to a manager who continued arguing the fact. I then said I understand you may have changed things, but the website advertises they come with the wraps, otherwise I would have added them to my order. Eventually after saying I was happy to send over screenshots of the website, the manager said he would send someone with the 4 portions of chips, which did arrive. I shouldn't have to argue this, especially after we have been customers of Napoli for several years. The wraps have always come with chips, but now not only have the prices become very expensive, they're now skimping on including chips.

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery, food turned up, with the wrong pizza and one of the items missing, I rang the takeaway who said they'd send it straight out, they never turned up and I haven't had a refund for the stuff I paid for but didn't receive! Very poor.

Gave them a try after a leaflet came through the door, won't use again, website indicated 40 minutes but took an hour and 10 minutes after having had to telephone to chase them, then pizzas were only luke warm when we got them.

Ordered online - pizza doesn’t have a tomato base so I asked for them to add tomato base and remove the ham. Both requests ignored. Chicken shawarma great as always tho.

Really disappointed! Ordered the food at 17-53 and it's now 8o clock still no food arrival. Will not use them again . I have contacted the takeaway and was ask to send order by a photo text .No response ! Terrible service

Sorry but this takeaway has gone down in standards. They firstly sent the wrong food but soon sent out replacement. thats about as posotive as i can be. This was prety tasteless and in all honnesty 3/4 of the 14 inch pizza went in the bin. I suspect they are using cheap ingredients to maintain profits and keep prices down. We will give them a miss going forwards having used them for over 10 years. What a shame
