Waited over an hour and a half for delivery, food turned up, with the wrong pizza and one of the items missing, I rang the takeaway who said they'd send it straight out, they never turned up and I haven't had a refund for the stuff I paid for but didn't receive! Very poor.

Waited way to long for some mediocre food I’d stay away save your money not worth the time or effort……. 1st time ordering from this place and I’m beyond disappointed was absolutely dreadful????

Gave them a try after a leaflet came through the door, won't use again, website indicated 40 minutes but took an hour and 10 minutes after having had to telephone to chase them, then pizzas were only luke warm when we got them.

Ordered online - pizza doesn’t have a tomato base so I asked for them to add tomato base and remove the ham. Both requests ignored. Chicken shawarma great as always tho.

Really disappointed! Ordered the food at 17-53 and it's now 8o clock still no food arrival. Will not use them again . I have contacted the takeaway and was ask to send order by a photo text .No response ! Terrible service

Not used napoli for a few months and Not missed Soggy chips. Luke warm pizza, also asked for a topping On my pizza garlic butter and never got. Not improved Or impressed use to be the best. Also expensive now.

Sorry but this takeaway has gone down in standards. They firstly sent the wrong food but soon sent out replacement. thats about as posotive as i can be. This was prety tasteless and in all honnesty 3/4 of the 14 inch pizza went in the bin. I suspect they are using cheap ingredients to maintain profits and keep prices down. We will give them a miss going forwards having used them for over 10 years. What a shame

Yes alot better chips were hot and cooked perfect pizzas were hot and not burnt well done keep the quality up. I will keep ordering
