1 star because I had too, it would be zero stars. First time I’ve had inedible food from here, the lasagne was full of salt and the beef stroganoff was salt and just tasted like mushroom soup, garlic bread was burnt and dry. Very disappointed £32 on food for it to be wasted.

Shocking food, the chicken was undercooked and bloody. The kebab was chewy and tasteless, pizza was greasy and cold. I could go on but I really can't be bothered, I certainly won't be using you again and I recommend people reading this not to either. We even rang up to complain and ask for a refund & they where completed rude. It's a shame you can't give less than 1 star because you don't even deserve that!!.....DO NOT EAT AT THIS PlACE

Missing chips luke warm on arrival

The mixed kebab is supposed to include chips, and on this order I also added a large chips on top. On a previous order I paid for extra chips but only received one portion, and unfortunately the same thing seems to have happened again this time. Also, the food wasn’t very warm when it arrived, which was really disappointing. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and advise on a refund or credit. Thank you.

Got told 45 min wait so waited 1 hour 15 and still didn’t turn up so rang and got told it was leaving the shop. (Which is 1.5min drive) been waiting 2 hours now and still not got food. Won’t be coming back.

Enjoyed our great value take away, which was ready to collect just 15 minutes after ordering online. Pizza and garlic bread were delicious, as always....and can also highly recommend the lotus biscoff milkshake-a real treat!
